1 Corinthians 13:13
1 Corinthians 13:13

[13] So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love. (ESV)

A renaissance style painting showcasing abstract interpretations of faith, hope, and love. Faith could be represented by a person standing firm in front of a raging storm, hope could be symbolized by a person holding a lantern in darkness, and love could be depicted with a heart bounded by thorns, illuminated from within. On the foreground, love, as the greatest of the elements, is depicted larger and more illuminated than the others. The whole scene inspires reverence and devotion, in line with Christian values.
