Instead, fill us with Your love and understanding, that we may not place our hope in fallible humans, but in You alone, our Rock and Redeemer.
As I consider the state of the world today, I see the need for shepherds who embody the hope of Christ. I pray for Your intervention in communities where leaders have been unfaithful or corrupt. Raise up individuals who will take up the mantle of responsibility, who will feed and nurture the flock according to Your Word. Let their spirits be ignited with passion for Your truth and lead with kindness and grace.
In the face of loss and disillusionment, may we realize we are not abandoned. You are ever-present, guiding us through the valley of shadows. Strengthen our faith as we seek your kingdom. Let Your truth be our anchor in tumultuous times and Your goodness our guiding light.
