O LORD, my God, I come before You with a heart that is heavy and a spirit that is yearning. In the stillness of this moment, I reflect upon the words of the psalmist in Psalm 38:21, where it is written, "Forsake me not, O LORD: O my God, be not far from me." I confess, Lord, that there are times when the burdens of life weigh me down and my faith begins to falter. In those trying moments, I feel the distance between us, amplified by my own struggles and pain. Therefore, I seek Your presence with a fervent heart, pleading for You to draw near to me, for I cannot bear the thought of being separated from Your comforting love.

I long for the days of communion with You, when I felt Your closeness and spoke with You freely. Bring me back, O Lord; ignite that flame of devotion within me once again. Help me to prioritize my relationship with You above all else.

Lord of all creation, I acknowledge my reliance on Your strength. In times of health uncertainties, financial strain, family discord, and personal challenges, I find myself calling out to You. I implore You not to forsake me in these trials. You alone know the depths of my heart and the weight of my worries. In my vulnerability, teach me to trust that You are at work in all situations, weaving together a tapestry that will ultimately glorify Your name.

I seek Your guidance, O God. In my confusion, be my compass; in my darkness, be my light. Speak to me in the silence, and whisper words of comfort, letting me know that You are not far from me. Help me to recognize the signs of Your presence in my life, even amidst the chaos. May I feel the gentle tug of Your Spirit urging me towards wisdom and discernment in my decisions.
