Heavenly Father,

As I come before You today, my heart is filled with gratitude for Your endless mercy and love. I acknowledge that You are the giver of every good gift and the source of all blessings. In this moment, I humbly seek Your guidance as I reflect on the profound truth of Proverbs 3:27, which says, "Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it."

Lord, we live in a world where the needs of others often burden us, where the cries of the hurting sometimes go unheard, and where opportunities to extend kindness may be overlooked. Help me, Lord, to become a vessel of Your love and grace. Stir within me a spirit of generosity that is eager to bless those around me. Let me recognize the moments when someone is in need, and grant me the courage and strength to act.

In a society that can be so quick to prioritize self-interest, teach me to look beyond my own desires and consider how I can be a blessing to others. Help me to remember that withholding goodness from those who rightfully deserve it is a choice that reflects my heart's intentions. When I see a friend struggling, a neighbor in need, or a stranger seeking help, remind me that it is within my power to offer assistance, whether that be through time, resources, or a listening ear.
