Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with hearts that are eager and thirst for wisdom, as Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 18:15, “The heart of the prudent getteth knowledge; and the ear of the wise seeketh knowledge.” Lord, we recognize our limitations and the vastness of the world around us. We acknowledge that in our pursuit of knowledge, we often fall short without Your guidance. Therefore, we humbly seek Your presence and understanding today.

Father, we thank You for the gift of a prudent heart. We know that all wisdom comes from You, and it is in You that we find understanding and insight into the mysteries of life. We ask that You instill in us a desire for knowledge that is pure and seeks not merely the accumulation of facts, but rather the truth that aligns with Your purpose for our lives.
