O Divine Creator, as we gather in Your presence today, our hearts are filled with gratitude for the heritage You have given us, much like the heritage described in the book of Nehemiah. In Nehemiah 11:4, it is written, "And at Jerusalem dwelt certain of the children of Judah, and of the children of Benjamin. Of the children of Judah; Athaiah the son of Uzziah, the son of Zechariah, the son of Amariah, the son of Shephatiah, the son of Mahalaleel, of the children of Perez." We stand amazed by this lineage, a clear reflection of Your faithfulness through generations, and we are reminded of our own roots in You.

Lord, as we reflect on these names, we recognize that each one represents a story, a life, a legacy. It reveals how You establish families, tribes, and communities, embedding them in Your divine plan. We thank You for the families we belong to, both biological and spiritual, and for those who have come before us.
