Heavenly Father, Creator of the universe, we come before You in humility and reverence, seeking Your guidance and strength as we reflect on Your Word, particularly the profound wisdom found in Mark 13:28-31. "Now learn a parable of the fig tree; when her branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near." O Lord, let us take to heart the lessons of this parable, understanding that just as the fig tree reveals the seasons, so too do the signs of our times reveal to us the proximity of Your return.

As we witness the changes in our world—political unrest, natural disasters, and social upheaval—help us to recognize these signs as a call to action. Let us not turn a blind eye to the manifestations of Your prophecies, but instead, may our hearts be stirred to awaken from complacency. Teach us, Lord, to interpret the signs of our times, just as You instructed Your disciples. Give us discernment to see clearly what You are revealing through the events around us.

We thank You for the assurance that when we see these signs come to pass, we can know that Your coming is near, even at the doors. Father, help us to remain vigilant. Lord, You declared, "Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done." We stand in awe of Your omnipotence and Your promise that Your words are steadfast and unchanging. While we may experience the passing nature of our earthly existence, we cling to the truth that Your words and promises are eternal. Help us to hold on to this truth during times of doubt and uncertainty.
