O Lord God Almighty, Creator of Heaven and Earth, we come before You with humble hearts and uplifted spirits, acknowledging Your sovereignty over all creation. As we reflect upon the prophetic words found in Joel 3:15, "The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining," we recognize the profound implications of this verse, not only in the context of the historical circumstances surrounding it but also in the implications it carries for our lives today.

Father, we live in a world often shrouded in darkness and confusion, where the light of truth appears to be dimming and the voices of despair seem to resound louder than those of hope.
