O Lord God Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, we come before Your presence with a spirit of humility. We bow our heads and yield our hearts, for we recognize that You, O Lord, have spoken - as it is written in Jeremiah 13:15, "Hear ye, and give ear; be not proud: for the LORD hath spoken." Your words resound through the ages, echoing through our souls, challenging our pride and beckoning us to listen, to truly hear what You have to say.

Father, in this moment of prayer, we acknowledge that our hearts are often filled with noise and distraction. The clamor of the world drowns out the whispers of Your Spirit. We confess that, at times, we have allowed our pride to bar the door of our hearts, making us deaf to Your gentle, guiding voice.
