O Sovereign Lord,

Lord, instill in us a spirit of humility and a willingness to forsake our destructive ways. Help us to understand the depths of our need for You. Stir within our hearts an urgency to return to You, O God, before it's too late. Let us not be like the princes of Israel who revolted against Your ways, but instead, let us be humble servants who seek to serve You with sincerity and truth.
Father, we also pray for those around us, the communities we live in and the nations of the world, which often mirror the wickedness found in ancient Gilgal. We lift up the leaders of our nations, asking that they be filled with wisdom and righteousness. May they not be like the princes of Israel, who turned from Your ways toward rebellion, but may they turn to You, seek Your guidance, and lead with justice.
O Lord, we believe in the power of revival. We ask for a fresh outpouring of Your Spirit in our hearts, in our churches, and in our lands. Let a wave of repentance flow that softens hardened hearts and restores our first love for You. Revive our passion for Your Word and for the fellowship of believers.
As we pray, grant us the strength to turn away from all that is contrary to Your will. Help us to take steps, however small, toward reconciliation with You. Let us seek to know You above all else and to participate actively in the work of Your Kingdom.
May Your love flow through us, transforming how we interact with one another, for in loving one another, we honor You. We pray for Your divine intervention in every area of our lives where we have strayed from Your path. Bring us back, O Lord, and lead us in the everlasting way.
