Lord, I pray that You would pour out Your spirit upon us as we seek truth and reconciliation in our own communities and countries. We live in a world filled with bloodshed and division, where injustice seems rampant, and violence often appears to reign. Just as You promised to avenge the blood of Jezreel, I ask that You would rise in Your mighty power to avenged those wronged, to right the injustices, and bring healing to the broken. Let the cries of the oppressed not go unheard.
Heavenly Father, You are the ultimate Judge, and Your decisions are irreversible. You see all, and no blood shed upon this earth is hidden from Your gaze. My heart aches for those who suffer from violence, oppression, and tyranny. I implore You, O Lord, to act swiftly. Lastly, God, I stand in awe of Your perfect authority. We are reminded that while kingdoms may rise and fall, Your reign is eternal. As You promised Hosea, help us to learn from history; guide our hearts toward peace and love.
