Heavenly Father, You have spoken words that resonate with the weight of reality. They remind us of the sorrowful situation faced by Your people, of the impending calamities and the inevitable fulfillment of Your divine judgment. As I meditate on the essence of this verse, I acknowledge the sighs that accompany the burdens of my own heart and the hearts of those around me. Your Word teaches us to grieve not as those without hope but with a faith that understands the ultimate plan that You have for us.

Lord, as the people inquire, "Wherefore sighest thou?" let my sigh serve as a witness to the seriousness of our times. Help me articulate the source of my anguish—not as a place of despair but as a call to action, a reminder of the urgency to seek Your face. Father, there are those whose hands are feeble, and whose spirits faint. Let them feel Your hand upon their lives, steadying their trembles and strengthening their resolve. May we be surrounded by a community of faith that encourages the weary and uplifts the broken.
