O Lord God of Heaven and Earth,

We come before You with humbled hearts, seeking your guidance and wisdom in a world filled with confusing voices and misled paths. Just as it is written in Ezekiel 13:3, "Thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe unto the foolish prophets, that follow their own spirit, and have seen nothing!" I stand in reverence of Your Word, acknowledging the seriousness of these words.

Father, we implore You to open our eyes and our ears to the truth of Your messages. We live in an age where many proclaim to speak for You, yet their words are often filled with folly, ignorance, and self-interest. Woe to the prophets who chase after their own ambitions and who proclaim without having had an encounter with You! Lord, protect us from these voices that lead us astray. As the seekers of truth, we desperately need You to shepherd us through the noise and confusion, discerning the true from the false.

O God, as we recognize the foolishness of those who have seen nothing, we ask for the spirit of discernment. Help us to sharpen our senses, not just to hear the words being spoken, but to truly feel the spirit behind them. Help us to look beyond the surface, beyond the appealing façade of eloquent speech, and to seek the depth of Your truth in Your written Word.

We pray for the prophets among us, Lord. Raise up those who are anchored in Your truth, who fear You with a holy reverence and who tread carefully as they handle Your sacred messages. May they be filled with Your Spirit rather than their own, and may they see visions and prophesy that align with Your divine purpose. For those who have grown accustomed to their own spirit, we ask for a deep conviction that leads them back to the heart of Your Word. Let them see the weight of their calling and understand the profound responsibility that comes with speaking in Your name.

Lord, You alone know the intentions of the heart. We stand in repentance for the times we have listened to messages that did not align with Your truth, and for moments we ourselves have been foolish in our judgments. Forgive us for allowing confusion to reign in our lives, for being swayed by the whims of popular thought, and for following the voices that lead us away from You.

Help us, O God, to become wise in our understanding of Your Word, to meditate on it day and night, and to be firmly rooted in the truth. May Your Holy Spirit lead us into all truth. Produce in us a hunger for Your righteousness, that we may be led only by Your Spirit and not our own vain desires. May we seek counsel from scripture and share it humbly with others, always pointing back to the truth of Your Word.

As we gather as a community of believers, give us the strength to correct one another when we stray and to uphold one another in love. May we be a beacon of truth in a world where false prophets abound. May our lives testify to Your goodness and faithfulness, and may our hearts be protective of Your sacred truth.

God, we pray for our leaders, our churches, and all who claim to speak in Your name. May they be diligent in seeking Your face and be filled with Your wisdom and love. We long to see an awakening across our communities—a revival that turns hearts back to You, restoring the truth that has been trampled and overshadowed by the foolish.

In Your precious name, we pray for protection and guidance. May we dwell in Your presence, guided by Your everlasting light, rooted in Your eternal truth. Amen.
