Dear Heavenly Father,

Forgive us, Lord, for the times we have fallen prey to these worries and anxieties that cloud our faith in Your goodness. Help us to remember that just as You commanded the Israelites not to keep manna until the morning, You also desire that we live each day in trust and reliance on You.
In our lives, help us to avoid hoarding the blessings You provide. May we understand that daily bread comes from You and that You are faithful to meet our needs each day. Reveal to us the importance of living in the present, embracing each moment as an opportunity to witness Your faithfulness. Teach us, Lord, how to hold loosely to our resources and to share generously with those in need. Let Your love flow through us, enabling us to reflect Your heart of compassion to those around us.
As we reflect on our earthly needs, we also recognize the deeper spiritual manna that You provide. Lord, You have nourished our souls with Your Word, the living bread that gives eternal life. Help us to seek You daily, understanding that just as the Israelites could not store the manna, we too cannot live on a single encounter with You. We need Your presence, Your guidance, and Your provision every single day. May we cultivate a habit of prayer that deepens our relationship with You, allowing us to draw strength from Your promises anew each day.
Lord, we pray for those among us who struggle with anxiety about the future—those who fear that tomorrow's needs may not be met. Remind them of Your unchanging character; remind them that You are their Shepherd who leads them beside still waters and provides for them in every season. May their hearts find peace knowing that You hold their tomorrows in Your hands and that they can rest in Your assurance.
As we come to the close of our prayer, we commit to You our desire to trust You daily. Help us to take to heart Moses' command from Exodus 16:19, allowing it to be a guiding principle in our lives. Guide us to lean on You fully, living in faith, and relinquishing the burdens of tomorrow.
