Heavenly Father,

As I come before You today, I am filled with awe and gratitude for the immeasurable gift of grace that You have bestowed upon me. I reflect deeply on the truth encapsulated in the words of Ephesians 2:9, where it is declared, “Not of works, lest any man should boast.” Lord, I grasp the profound meaning behind this verse, recognizing the beauty and depth of Your love and mercy toward us.

Father, I confess that there have been times in my life when I have allowed my ego to cloud my judgment, seeking validation in my deeds rather than anchoring myself in the assurance of Your love. Forgive me, Lord, for the moments I have boasted of my works, forgetting that it is by Your grace that I stand at all. Help me to embrace a spirit of humility, knowing that everything I am and everything I do is a reflection of Your generosity.

Grant me the wisdom to understand that my talents, gifts, and opportunities to serve are not mine alone, but are entrusted to me by You. In light of this, I pray that I may use my abilities not to elevate myself or seek praise but to glorify Your name in every aspect of my life. May my heart remain steadfastly focused on being a vessel of Your grace to others, shining the light of Christ and drawing others toward You.

Lord, as I navigate the challenges and tribulations of life, remind me that it is not my strength nor my righteousness that sustains me, but Your unfailing grace. Help me to lean on You in times of weakness, trusting in Your perfect plan for my life. In moments when I feel inadequate or unworthy, let Your promise echo in my heart, encouraging me to remember that I am saved not by my merit but by Your sacrifice.
