Prayer for Strength and Exploits in Faith
"And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits." - Daniel 11:32

Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with hearts full of reverence and gratitude, recognizing Your sovereignty in our lives and the world around us. As we delve into the depths of Your Word, according to Daniel 11:32, we are reminded that those who oppose, rebel against Your covenant are led astray by flatteries. But unlike those who are corrupt, we stand on the promise that those who truly know You, our Lord and Savior, shall possess strength and perform great exploits.
Lord, in these challenging times where deception seems rampant, where the allure of the world and its empty promises attempt to lead us away from the path of righteousness, we humbly ask for discernment. Give us the wisdom to recognize the flatteries that seek to derail us from the covenant we share with You. We pray for an unshakeable spirit that remains steadfast even when temptation beckons, knowing that true fulfillment and joy are found only through obedience to Your Word.
As Daniel articulated, “the people that do know their God shall be strong.” We long to be counted among these people, Father. Instill within us a deeper knowledge of who You are. Help us to explore the depths of Your character, to understand Your ways, and to experience Your unconditional love. Strengthen our relationship with You. We ask that our hearts be ever open, our minds eager to learn, and our spirits willing to follow Your leading.
Father, in our quest to know You intimately, guide us in our daily lives. Let our time in prayer and scripture be not just a routine, but a profound encounter with You, where we can learn more about Your promises, Your faithfulness, and Your plan for our lives. Cause us to hunger and thirst after righteousness, so that we may be filled with the knowledge of Your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding.
But you have called us not only to know You but to do exploits. We plead for the courage and boldness to act in faith. Help us to remember that with the strength that comes from You, we can face our fears and step out in faith. Lord, lead us into opportunities to do great things—not for our own glory, but to reflect Your greatness to a world in desperate need of hope and light. Let our actions speak volumes about our God and cause others to seek You as they witness Your power at work in our lives.
May our lives be a testament to Your power and grace. When challenges arise, let us not retreat into fear but instead rise up and take hold of the mighty exploits we are called to undertake. Whether in our careers, our relationships, or in the wider community, let us engage wholeheartedly in the call You have placed on our lives. When we serve, may we serve others as unto You, with our hearts set on the eternal impact of our actions.
As we navigate a world filled with uncertainty and trials, remind us constantly of Your unchanging nature and Your promises that fortify us. When doubts and fears attempt to infiltrate our hearts, may Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
Let us be a generation that knows our God well. In knowing You, may we be powerful witnesses; may we be builders of Your Kingdom on Earth, emboldened to do exploits for Your name’s sake.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray,
Amen.
