O Heavenly Father, Gracious and Merciful Lord, I come before You with a heart full of gratitude for the gift of Your Word and the revelation of eternal life through our Savior, Jesus Christ. I reflect upon the words of Acts 13:48, where it is written, "And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed." In this moment, I find comfort and joy in the knowledge that Your love extends to all nations, peoples, and tongues, and that Your plan of salvation is inclusive and all-embracing.

Lord, I thank You for allowing us to be part of Your divine family. Just as the Gentiles rejoiced upon hearing the good news, I, too, feel a deep sense of gladness for the privilege of knowing You. Your Word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path—I celebrate the truth that You have brought light into the darkness of this world, illuminating our hearts and minds.

I pray for a spirit of joy to fill my soul, like that of the Gentiles who rejoiced in believing. May my heart be continually uplifted as I meditate on Your promises, knowing that You have ordained those who will come to believe in You. Help me to share this joy with others, to proclaim the glorious truths of Your Word, and to live in a manner that reflects Your love and grace to those around me.

Father, I ask that You embolden me to glorify Your Word in my daily life. Let my actions speak louder than my words, so those I encounter may see the evidence of my faith in You. Teach me to be a light in my community, reminding others of the hope and assurance we have in Jesus Christ. As I walk this path, may my life be a testimony of Your goodness, leading others to seek after You.

In the same breath, I bring before You the hurting, the lost, and the hopeless. There are so many who do not know this gladness—the peace and joy that comes from faith in Christ. I pray earnestly for them, that their ears may be opened to hear Your Word, just as the Gentiles did that day. May their hearts take joy in the salvation You offer and glorify Your name in their lives.

O Lord, I acknowledge the great mystery of Your ordaining grace. It is by Your design and purpose that we are called into Your kingdom. I rejoice for those who have been chosen, for as it is written, "as many as were ordained to eternal life believed." I pray that each day, as I share the Gospel and as others engage with Your Word, Your Holy Spirit moves upon their hearts—turning their ears to hear, and their eyes to see, the incredible truth of who You are.

Help me to understand and appreciate the beautiful tapestry of Your plan—how You have chosen us and brought us into relationship with You, not by our own merit but by Your infinite grace. Secure in this knowledge, may I walk in assurance and confidence, always resting in the hope of eternal life that You have promised.

May the truth of this scripture stir a fresh belief within me, propelling me to a deeper surrender to Your will—knowing that believing is not merely a one-time act, but a continual journey of faith. Guide me ever deeper into Your heart, Lord, that I may reflect Your love in all I do. Let my life be a vessel of Your glory, that through me, others may see and believe.
