Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with hearts eager for Your guidance and strength, seeking to understand the profound lessons hidden within the pages of Scripture. As we remember how Ahaziah fled to the garden house, let us not confide in earthly retreats that promise safety but deliver none. Instead, may we find our refuge in You. Psalm 91 tells us that we are safe under Your wings, and we find peace in the fact that Your presence is our true fortress. So we seek shelter in You, dearest Lord. Help us to anchor our hearts in You, trusting entirely in Your vast and immeasurable love.
Guide us, Holy Spirit, as we navigate the challenges that arise in our lives. When we feel the urge to run, remind us of the strength we possess through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13). Teach us to face our giants, knowing that with faith as our shield and prayer as our weapon, we can stand resolute against anything that seeks to harm us.

As we go about our daily lives, let us embrace our fears and uncertainties, transforming them into opportunities for divine encounters. May we not cower like Ahaziah but triumph as we trust in Your mighty name. Help us to always remember that You are our protector, our guide, and our ultimate source of courage.
