Empower us, Lord, to be leaders who take the initiative, just as Josiah did, to seek Your guidance and voice Your truth to those around us. May our hearts be stirred to send forth a message of hope, restoration, and righteousness. Like Shaphan, let us be diligent scribes who also document Your blessings, teachings, and commands, sharing Your Word faithfully with others.
Lord, we ask for wisdom as we approach Your holy house, desiring to uncover the areas where we need to repent, restore, and recommit to following Your ways. As Your Spirit reveals these areas to us, grant us the courage to act upon what we learn, just as King Josiah did upon hearing the words of the book of the law. May we not only hear Your Word but also embody it in our daily lives, leading by example and becoming beacons of Your light for others to follow.
Finally, we pray for a collective awakening within the Church and our communities as we pursue Your heart. Let this be a time of reconciliation, where we gather in unity to seek Your face and understand Your will. Light a fire within us, Lord, that we may work towards a revival, inspired by the legacy of Josiah—to cleanse our world of unrighteousness and embody the grace that only comes through You.
