O Great and Sovereign Lord,
We come before You today with hearts full of gratitude and awe, recognizing Your supreme authority and grace that sustains us. Help them to realize that their labor in Your house is not in vain, but is a vital part of Your plan for reconciliation and hope among Your people.
Help us, O Lord, to foster an environment within our communities and churches that supports and uplifts those who are called to serve. May we become a source of strength and encouragement for our leaders, committing ourselves to pray for them regularly, to honor their efforts, and to stand alongside them in unity of purpose.
