O Almighty God, Sovereign of all nations and Creator of the universe, we come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your wisdom and guidance in all aspects of our lives. Today, we reflect on the reign of King Amon, who was but two and twenty years old when he began to reign in Jerusalem, as it is written in 2 Chronicles 33:21. We acknowledge that leadership is a weighty mantle, particularly for those who are young and inexperienced, and we beseech You to impart Your divine wisdom upon those in authority today.
