Heavenly Father,
As I come before You today, my heart is filled with reverence and gratitude for Your eternal wisdom and the great examples of faithfulness found in Your Word. Finally, Lord, as I consider my own mortality and the legacy I will leave behind, I pray that it be one that glorifies You. When my time comes, may I be buried with the knowledge that I lived out my calling, touching lives with Your love. May I be remembered not for my accomplishments but for my devotion to You and my love for others. Let my name bring glory to Your kingdom, just like Joash’s legacy.
