O Heavenly Father,

Lord, just as Asa sent silver and gold in an effort to secure his allegiance, I recognize that I must also offer something to You—a sacrifice of my ambitions, my worries, my desires for control. I surrender all these before You, acknowledging that nothing in this world can ever compare to the richness of Your grace. May my life reflect the value of our covenant, demonstrating the integrity and faith I find in You.
I pray, O God, that I be a vessel of Your light, a testament to the power of a right relationship. May I be influenced only by Your Spirit, empowering me to uphold truth and loyalty above all conventions of men. Let my alliances be born of love, built on faith, and directed by Your Holy Spirit.
