O Sovereign Lord, Creator of the heavens and the earth, we come before You today with hearts full of gratitude for Your enduring faithfulness and mercy. As we reflect on the life of King Asa, as recorded in the Holy Scriptures, we acknowledge that our lives are but a breath in the grand tapestry of history.

In 2 Chronicles 16:11, Your Word reminds us, "And, behold, the acts of Asa, first and last, lo, they are written in the book of the kings of Judah and Israel." How profound to consider that our actions, our decisions, and our faithfulness to You will leave a lasting mark. Lord, may we be inspired by Asa’s journey, both his triumphs and his failures, as we seek to live lives that honor You.
