We ask that You empower us as leaders—whether in our workplaces, our churches, or our homes—to act with wisdom and courage. Let us be aware that every decision we make can impact those around us, and so we implore You to fill us with Your Holy Spirit, guiding us to lead with compassion, empathy, and clarity.

As we navigate our paths in life, help us to prioritize the greater good of the community over the desires of the individual.
