As we reflect upon Your Word in 1 Chronicles 1:14, which states, "The Jebusite also, and the Amorite, and the Girgashite," we understand that these names represent not just ancient peoples, but spiritual forces that seek to undermine our faith and lead us away from Your light.

Gracious Father, we come before You in prayer, acknowledging the power of our adversaries. The Jebusites, Amorites, and Girgashites are symbols of opposition that we face in our daily lives—temptations, doubts, fears, and distractions that threaten our walk with You.
